We collect this data exclusively for activities aimed at pursuing the Foundation’s statutory purposes and, in particular, to respond to user requests for information; manage administrative and accounting operations related to donations; send our newsletter and/or printed informational material through which we provide updates on our projects and fundraising initiatives, subject to consent; review applications from individuals seeking collaboration; and comply with legal obligations to which we are subject.

Third-party services
Fondazione Progetto Arca ETS collaborates with selected service providers whose services integrate with, facilitate and enhance ours. Donations
Donations to Fondazione Progetto Arca ETS may be made by credit card, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer or postal payment slip. Credit institutions and companies managing donations made via credit card or postal payment slip may therefore have access to the user’s personal information strictly necessary to carry out the requested service.
Social media features

Why this privacy notice?
In this privacy notice we describe how we process the personal data of Volunteers in order to establish and manage the voluntary collaboration with them, on a free-of-charge basis.
What data do we collect?
For the correct performance of volunteering activities we need to collect and process data defined by law as “common” data, such as identification details.
Such information will also be processed in order to comply with obligations set out by law, regulations and EU legislation.
Why do we collect this data?
Specifically, your data may be processed for the following purposes:
to manage the unpaid relationship with the volunteer;
to allow the sending and receipt of service communications from us;
to create an identification badge visible to the public;
to assert or defend a right in legal proceedings.

to public and private entities that may access the data under laws, regulations or EU legislation, within the limits set by such rules;

Other information concerning you, such as data collected from the processing of web navigation log files or from the use of our Organization’s email services, will be retained for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and to fulfil legal obligations.
At the end of the retention period, the information concerning you will be deleted from our IT systems or destroyed.

We may also continue to retain such information after the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved, to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with contractual obligations and/or protect our legitimate interests.
