Since 2021, Progetto Arca has been collaborating with the Cambodian NGO Let Us Create Futures, implementing food support activities for children, new mothers, and vulnerable families in the rural communities of Klang Leu and Prey Nup, in the Kampong Som province, southern Cambodia.
The initiative provides breakfast and lunch to children attending the preschool classes of the Child Centers established by Let Us Create Futures, as well as food assistance to around one hundred families living in extreme poverty, supported through the monthly distribution of staple goods and food parcels.
Special attention is given to pregnant women and new mothers, who receive specific food kits designed to meet their nutritional needs and support the healthy growth of their babies.
